Bocuse d’Or is the world’s most prestigious international competition for chefs, held every two years in Lyon, France and named after renowned chef Paul Bocuse who founded the competition in 1987. A total of 60 countries will take part, which, via qualifying competitions on each continent, will make 24 countries competing in the Bocuse d’Or World Cup final. Sweden has participated successfully since the beginning of the competition in 1987 and Haglund Industri has been a proud partner of Team Sweden for several years.
